I know, I am so behind the curve on this product. Like four years behind? Probably, something like that. Even now, I'm only on the travel sized version. But the point is, I finally crumbled at a SpaceNK counter and added it to my bag, which means I finally got to find out if it's worth all the hype.
One of the reasons it took my so long to cave and purchase is that I just didn't understand what this product actually does. Reading peoples reviews and such on the Caudalie Beauty Elixir, I still didn't understand - I was confused. However, one thing that did stick out for me was how refreshing it was when flying, so I did pick it up with that in mind.
Anyway, after still being confused I decided to just spray it when I was feeling hot, but also as a make up setter as well. After a couple of weeks I feel I'm ready to put my two cents in about this princess products.
Firstly, the smell - I'm so on the fence about the smell, I'm just not sure about it. It is refreshing, but the scent is quite strong and honestly I don't know if I like it or not - however, I still spray it so can't be that bad. Secondly, it does has good hydration skills - just a quick spritz and my skin instantly feels better. I have noticed as well that my skin looks plumper and it looks more glowy. Technical term there obviously, but I do think it honestly makes my skin look brighter and healthier than anything I've used in a long time. And I have fallen head over heels for this... *Jumping on bandwagon*
